About The Greyhound

The Greyhound captures the quiet poise of a sighthound caught mid-step, one paw lifted, the dark coat broken by flashes of electric blue and violet. It is one of six paintings in the Large Dogs collection.

This one-of-a-kind square work focuses on a black Greyhound standing with one front paw raised, using hot pink, scarlet, and orange with inky black and electric blue highlights. The result is an original acrylic painting with a clear subject, visible handmade texture, and the warmth of a personal story.

It suits a hallway, living room, or reading corner where a calm, graceful portrait can set the tone.
